  • Our Rakija comes in the form of grape spirits, wonderful as an aperitif or digestif. We also make a beautiful plum version, which can be served neat or used to add aromatic layers to a cocktail.
  • With Southern Highlands Distillery, you can experience grape and plum spirits made in small batches from our original family recipes.
  • We make very small batches of up to 1000 litres of Rakija, or 700 bottles per year. Homemade and unique, the way Rakija should be.
